From one paradise to another
What is shave ice?
After a family trip to Kauai we knew we had to bring Hawaiian shave ices to Long Island. We fell in love with Hawaii's beautiful landscapes and laid-back atmosphere but most of all, we fell in love with all the delicious treats the island had to offer. From bbq chicken in a barrel to fresh poke, we couldn't get enough of the island's outrageous and irresistible Hawaiian shave ices. These one-of-a-kind creations are not only refreshingly unique and picture-worthy, they also deliver a taste unlike any frozen treat you've ever had before!
What makes Hawaiian shave ice so special? It's all about the texture and flavor. Unlike other ice-based treats, our shave ice is fluffy, soft, and melts in your mouth and is complemented by a delightful surprise of ice cream in the middle. Top it off with a snow cap, shredded coconut, mochi, edible tropical flowers and other delicious toppings. All the different flavors and add-ons allow for endless combinations and creations tailored to your taste.
1. Healthy
While unique and delicious, many of the traditional syrups used for ices contain artificial ingredients, high-fructose corn syrup and preservatives. Our mission is to create all the goodness of a Hawaiian shave ice treat using natural ingredients that won't compromise your health. Sourced from California, our syrups are all natural, organic and made fresh for every batch.

2. Clean
We create our own ice blocks with a 4-stage reverse osmosis filtration system to ensure our ices are made with clean and delicious water that doesn't taste like it's from the tap (because it's not).
3. Authentic
To create the fluffy, snow-like texture Hawaiian ices are famous for, we use the most premium method of ice shaving. This includes using the best ice block shaver on the market and making our own ice blocks daily. Our Swan SI-100 creates the softest, melt-in-your-mouth, quality of snow. On a fluffiness scale, we're a 10/10.
4. Sustainable
At Sea Cliff Shave Ice, being sustainable and having the least impact on the environment is one of our top priorities. We are 100% plastic free and only use products that are sustainable and Earth-friendly, including our traditional Hawaiian lily cups which are biodegradable. It's important that we all do our part to eliminate single-use plastic and keep our land and oceans clean.
